When you use AI features, the relevant record data is sent to our AI provider (Google Gemini) solely to generate the requested output. We do not use your workspace data to train third-party models. AI output is generated on demand and may be inaccurate; you are responsible for reviewing it before use.

We share data only with service providers that help us run the platform — including our backend/database host, email delivery provider, exchange-rate provider, and AI provider — under agreements that require appropriate safeguards. We may disclose information if required by law.

We retain your data for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide the service. You may request deletion of your account and associated data at any time by contacting us.
